Inside Sales Specialist

Reports to: President

We are looking to hire a high-energy inside sales specialist. In the role of Inside Sales Specialist you will make outbound phone calls to an existing database of automotive dealerships introducing our free product, and informing them of our entire suite of products and solutions. Manage requests and objections and close select sales opportunities or work as part of a team on larger accounts. Partnering with our account managers, champion tasks that support the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations on any number of topics, all evolving around digital marketing and consumer behavioral traits.  Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong presentation, sales, software, foundational knowledge of web technologies, and extraordinary communication skills.   • Solution up-sells. Canvas customers consuming our free product and perform product demonstrations for more advanced solutions.
  • Contract administration. Facilitate contract delivery and filing, as necessary.
  • Sales administration. Assist our CEO and President in managing our sales revenue pipeline, board reports and routine ad-hoc reports associated with open opportunities, proposals and presentations or webinars.
  • Workflow management and alignment to peripheral workflows for seamless flow of activity resulting in complimentary outcomes.
